The real estate section involves itself primarily in representation of parties to real property purchase, sale, development, and financing
transactions, loan and purchase and sale document preparation, and enforcement and collect matters (such as foreclosures) and
representation of title insurance agencies and underwriters.

The alternate dispute resolution section is devoted primarily to conducting arbitrations and
mediations, with an arbitrator or a mediator generally being available within 72 hours of request.
