Mr. Murphy practices primarily in the area of real estate law — with an emphasis in property owners' associations. Mr. Murphy also has substantial experience in the international
seismic acquisition business having represented and even serving as in-house counsel for two international seismic companies prior to joining the firm. This work included negotiating Master
Services Agreements with international oil companies, as well as negotiating vessel charter agreements and seismic data licensing agreements.
Mr. Murphy was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1995 and the State Bar of Texas in 1996. He received his bachelor of arts, master of arts and master of business administration degrees from The University of Georgia. He is a 1993 graduate of The University of Georgia School of Law.
Mr. Murphy is fluent in Spanish and proficient in both French and Portuguese.
